NCLEX RETAKE RESOURCE
What Does Below the Passing Standard Mean on the NCLEX CPR?
Use a Below the Passing Standard signal to prioritize verification—not to invent a percentage or assume every concept is weak.
A broad recovery signal
Below the Passing Standard indicates that performance in that broad area was below the standard used by the NCLEX reporting process.
It is not a diagnosis
The classification does not prove that every concept in the category is weak. It also does not show which specific questions or decisions caused the result.
Verify, repair, retrieve
Start with fresh questions in the broad area, repair specific gaps, then use delayed Recall Proof to determine whether the learning can still be retrieved later.
