Does this predict whether I will pass the NCLEX?
No. The tool interprets visible provider information and compares it with independent QuizRx evidence. It does not create an NCLEX pass probability.
Do you average scores from ATI, HESI, UWorld, and Archer?
No. Provider scales measure different things. NursingNotes preserves each native result, compares directional agreement, and explains uncertainty.
Will an outside score increase my QuizRx readiness?
No. Outside results guide interpretation and question selection only. Formal QuizRx readiness uses the existing qualifying fresh-question and delayed-recall rules.
What happens to my upload or pasted text?
Raw uploads and pasted text are deleted after you confirm the normalized fields. Unconfirmed uploads are eligible for deletion within 24 hours.
What if my provider is not listed?
Choose Other. The tool uses a conservative generic adapter and lowers interpretation confidence until that provider format has representative verified fixtures.
