Which partnerships qualify?
The complimentary launch experience is available to qualifying new NursingNotes institutional partnerships of $5,000 or more unless NursingNotes approves a different arrangement in writing. It is not included with the free pilot or standard per-student purchases.
How is the portrait experience planned?
Before the visit, DNA Premium Portraits and the school identify the people being honored, the intended institutional uses, approved campus locations, and where the Nursing Legacy Portrait may be displayed. The goal is to design assets for a known purpose—not simply photograph whoever is available.
Who selects the faculty and leadership participants?
The school designates up to four leadership or faculty participants and approves the leadership-team composition. Every participant remains subject to scheduling, consent, and applicable institutional policies.
What does “up to 20 program-marketing images” mean?
It means a curated set of professionally retouched final images drawn from the planned leadership, faculty, student, simulation, campus, and recruitment opportunities that are feasible during the visit. The final mix depends on approved locations, access, scheduling, and participant availability; it does not promise 20 images in every category.
Does the school receive raw or unedited files?
No. The school receives professionally retouched final files selected for the agreed institutional uses. Raw captures, unedited files, and working files are not included unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
How should portrait participants prepare?
After scheduling, participants receive practical wardrobe and location guidance. Coordinated, polished clothing generally photographs better than identical outfits, large logos, busy patterns, or conflicting levels of formality. Recommendations will be adapted to the school’s brand and the intended portrait style.
Are faculty or students required to participate?
No. Portrait participation is voluntary and subject to the institution’s approval and any required individual release. The RN Era Give-Back Portrait Experience is also optional for each eligible student.
Is the Nursing Legacy Portrait a gift to the buyer?
No. It is contracted and delivered as an institutional School of Nursing asset. The institution approves the subject, display location, and applicable internal process.
What travel is included?
Up to $600 in domestic travel expense is included with a qualifying first-year launch. Costs above that allowance require advance institutional approval or are billed at cost.
How does the RN Era contribution work?
The preferred structure uses the school’s approved foundation or payment process. The $50 contribution is connected to a completed appointment, not merely a reservation, and is not represented by NursingNotes as tax-deductible.
What happens if fewer than 15 students reserve?
The second-day RN Era event may be rescheduled, combined with a later visit, or omitted from that launch. A separate student-event trip is not promised without the 15-reservation minimum.
What visual benefit continues after the first year?
With each qualifying yearly renewal, an active institutional partner receives a non-cash, non-transferable $600 NursingNotes Partner Visual Credit plus preferred DNA Premium Portraits institutional pricing. The school dashboard can track activation, use, and remaining credit; eligible services and scheduling follow the renewal agreement.
How may the school use the delivered images?
The school receives a clear institutional-use license for delivered files across approved program websites, recruitment, social media, annual reports, faculty recognition, and other agreed communications. DNA Premium Portraits retains creator copyright unless the agreement states otherwise. NursingNotes or DNA marketing use requires separate, optional written releases from photographed students or faculty.
